SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our custom socks are shipped within Belgium and the Netherlands with PostNL or DHL.
After the socks arrive at our warehouse, they are checked for inaccuracies and shipped the same day.
Normally PostNL delivers within NL and BE within 1 working day. In the rest of Europe it can take up to 7 business days and outside Europe up to 15 business days. International shipments are transferred by PostNL to its partners. Click here to see the list of destinations abroad.
Please note that shipments around holidays and from November 20 to the end of December may be delayed due to crowds.
Custom printed socks
Please note, when custom socks are printed in house with us, it may take up to 5 business days to be printed and shipped as we do this by hand and after order. For the delivery times of these custom socks, the sock specialist had informed you about the shipment.
TRACK AND TRACE
All orders are provided with a Track & Trace code. After we have transferred your order to PostNL, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking link. If you have placed a foreign order and there has been no information in the T&T link for a while, please search with your barcode at www.internationalparceltracking.com.
