This is where our guarantee applies:
We are specialists in custom socks. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to everything we can influence. After our custom specialist sends the order confirmation, it should be checked with you to identify any errors early on. This helps in our mission to advise you in the best possible way to make the perfect choice. Qualitatively, you can expect us to deliver the best product in its product category. Our standard packaging consists of a recycled Sockeloen Custom Polybag. Custom packaging is also available, please contact our custom specialists.
For the shipment and delivery of your order, we work with partners such as PostNL and DHL. You can expect us to deliver your order to the relevant shipping partner in time to meet the agreed delivery time. Preferably just a bit earlier than that ;-)
Our guarantee does not apply to this:
Our guarantee applies to everything we influence over. If you make a spelling mistake in a design you submit, choose the wrong color or the wrong size, and the order confirmation is confirmed by you, we, unfortunately, cannot give a guarantee on this, because we have copied the data and sent another order confirmation with it. We will inform you in advance about the options and the expected result for custom orders. However, if you choose a color that you do not like afterward, we cannot change it. We can then no longer do anything with the socks ourselves. For this, we have our 'half hump guarantee'. We will then make new socks for you at half the price for which you bought the socks or packaging.
This also applies to late delivery. When we have your order ready in time for our shipping partner, but they cannot come by. For example, because storm Corrie has blown trees all over the road. If you prefer not to leave your house either, we hope for your understanding. This also applies to the holidays and Black Friday. You are not the only one who would like to gift a pair of custom socks then. This may cause some extra delays then. When you pay for faster delivery, you pay for faster production. So it is possible that at the hands of the carrier, your shipment will still be delayed.
Own Fault Guarantee
Our 'half hump guarantee' is for when you are not satisfied, but this is your fault. For example, when you have sent or confirmed a Pantone color yourself but it still turns out not to be the right one. When the design did not come out of production as expected and confirmed. Together with our sock specialists, we will look into how this could have happened. To make you happy anyway, we have created our 'half hump guarantee' for this. We will then produce new socks or new packaging for half the purchase price. This is done in consultation with our sock specialist
