IT STARTED WITH A SOCK BRAND IN THE CYCLING WORLD
Or, rather, Sockeloen is a big household name within cycling. Today, many professional cyclists, amateurs and clubs ride around with our socks. We want to transfer the expertise and product development that Sockeloen has to customers who want to develop their own sock.
Jasper Ockeloen was - and is - one of those riders with a sock fetish. One of those countless riders for whom socks must be exactly that one color, that one design and made of that one material. They must not be too low, but not too high either. Not too tight and not too loose, not too thick and not too thin.
Since the age of nineteen, Jasper has been half rider, half sock guru. For years he rode around in small pro teams, in races all over the world. He became Dutch champion in beach racing and mountain biking. He looked around, asked other riders about their experiences and experimented with new materials and different designs.
Countless teammates, colleagues and competitors began training and racing with his socks. His nickname in the peloton was quickly found: Sockeloen.
THE SOCKELOEN BRAND
Before he knew it himself, Sockeloen was a brand. And not long after, also a company, one with employees who without exception breathe cycling. Sockeloen was born from the edge of a sock, grew up in the peloton and grew up overlooking the Ronde Hoep, where hundreds, if not thousands, of cyclists and cyclists of all abilities pass by every day.
After Sockeloen grew into a household name, Sockeloen Custom was born. Where the company designs socks with the same attention and passion, but for customers.
Customers should be able to develop a complete custom sock, without compromising on quality, materials or production process.
CUSTOM SOCKS AROUND THE WORLD
Today, Sockeloen Custom has already designed numerous socks for customers. These include both sports socks and casual socks. There are many customers who keep coming back to Sockeloen for the quality and fine communication. Quality is the highest priority and socks will continue to be developed. With new materials and techniques but also by improving the production process.
Sockeloen Custom is more than just a pair of socks. We make Custom cycling socks for cycling clubs, custom sports socks for an athletic club, casual socks for an accounting company and IT companies. Socks with custom packaging as a marketing tool for large companies. You name it and we can do it, together we can make you perfect sock.
