Sockeloen custom is part of Sockeloen.com and is located in Uithoorn in the Netherlands. At Sockeloen Custom we go a step further with our products by offering full customization. We already have the expertise for many years and we keep developing our products. Now we share it with you to design and produce the perfect custom socks.

At Sockeloen Custom, we offer the opportunity for you to have your designs produced on our different sock models. With our custom socks, you can design and have your unique socks made according to your specific needs and branding. Whether you are looking for socks for your cycling club or looking for custom socks for your company, we are ready to support you. With Sockeloen Custom, you can customize the colors, patterns, logos, and other details of the socks to match your brand identity. Our team of experts will guide you through the entire process, from designs to production, to ensure your socks meet the highest quality standards.

1.4 What custom products do we offer?

At Sockeloen Custom we have as many as 7 different models of socks that all have their features and characteristics. In addition to our custom socks, we also offer different custom packaging. Think of a cardboard wrapper or sock box. You can view our custom sock models here.

2 The design of Sockeloen custom socks
2.1 How can I add a design file with my order request?

You can add an open link with the design when you want to add a design file with the order request.

For example, you can upload your file in a Google Drive file, and send the file link so we can open it!

2.2 Do you make a custom socks design for free?

Yes, we are happy to help you turn your idea into a design. For this, we use our custom templates. We create a free design and adjust it as often as you like. We strive to deliver the design within 48 hours. On our templates page, you can also download the templates yourself and use them to create a design.

2.3 Can I have my logo woven onto Sockeloen custom socks?

Yes, you can have your logo and other design elements woven into the custom socks. If you already have a logo or design idea, you can send it to [email protected] so we can review it and create a no-obligation design!

2.4 What colors can I chose for my custom Sockeloen socks?

Our custom socks are made from the highest quality yarn. By default, we have over 100 colors in stock that are suitable for 90% of our customers. If you want to match a specific Pantone color we will find the best matching color yarn for that. Through our years of experience and expertise, we always come up with the best possible match. When in doubt about the right color we will contact you directly.

2.5 Can I design the left and right sock separately?

Yes, with Custom woven socks you can design both the left and right socks separately, giving you more creative freedom. This is possible with any of our custom models, with a minimum order of 200 pairs

2.6 How long will it take to receive a design of my sent logos?

We aim to provide a design within 48 hours. If you need to receive a design the same day please contact +31 6 16 49 78 73 directly.

3 Sockeloen Custom orders
3.1 Can I vary the sizes within my order?

With us, it is possible to vary sizes within the custom order. It is possible to choose different sizes when you order a minimum of 12 pairs per chosen size. You can vary with as many sizes as you want!

3.2 How can I pay for my Custom order?

Of course, you can't wait to pay for your new custom socks. At Sockeloen you can do this in different ways. You can transfer the amount by bank transfer or through a payment link that we send in the email with the invoice.

3.3 In what sizes can I order my Sockeloen Custom socks?

We offer a wide range of sizes to fit every foot. The most popular sizes are our S/M and L/XL sizes. These two sizes are often chosen together to have a suitable sock for every foot size with only two different sizes. They can all be mixed and matched.
We also offer the following sizes: 
          36-42 & 42-48 (S/M & L/XL)
          39-46 (One Size).
          35-40, 40-45, and 45-50. ( S / M / L )

3.4 Can I choose the height of my Custom socks?

At Sockeloen Custom, in addition to our wide range of sizes, we also offer the option of custom sock height. Our standard height is 17 centimeters for 36-42 and 19 centimeters for 43-48. The height is measured from the heel upwards.
Would you like a higher or lower sock? Please indicate this when placing your order.

3.5 I need more custom socks, can I order extra?

If you would like to order more custom socks, this can be done within 1 week after the order has been placed by our sock specialist. Please email the sock specialist directly or send a message to +31 6 16 49 78 73. You can order as little as 1 pair extra!

4 Sockeloen Custom shipping and account
4.1 What is the delivery time of the Sockeloen Custom socks?

The standard delivery time for our custom socks is 8-9 weeks. However, we also offer rush delivery with a delivery time of up to 4 weeks. We offer this to provide customers with the best socks they have ever worn on a tight deadline.

4.2 Does Sockeloen ship worldwide?

We ship our socks worldwide to a wide range of destinations. Whether you reside in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, or anywhere else, we make sure you can receive our socks. We have an extensive shipping network and work with reliable courier and shipping services to ensure that your order is delivered to your doormat safely and on time, wherever you are.

4.3 Can I track my custom socks?

When your order is shipped from our headquarters in Uithoorn, we will provide you with a T&T code so you will be notified immediately where your socks are. 
Within the Benelux, it takes 1-3 business days to receive your socks when we ship them from Uithoorn. Outside the Netherlands, it can take 2-8 working days. 

4.4 Do I need to create an account before I place an order?

During the process of a custom sock, we ask you to create your account. This way we can be sure that all billing and shipping information is properly on our records. You can create your account here. 

4.5 Can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the 'Forgot your password' instructions on the 'Login' page. For security reasons, we cannot email your password.

5 Sockeloen Custom returns
5.1 I am not satisfied with the custom product I received, can I return it?

We are committed to a 100% SATISFACTION within our custom sock department, we will therefore personally guide you to your perfect custom sock. We will also inform you about the pros and cons of specific production methods, types of socks, colors of yarn, and packaging. However, if you agree to order and we deliver the product as ordered by you, you cannot return the socks free of charge. 
This is because it is a custom product and has no value to us. However, we can produce new socks for you at a reduced rate to ensure your satisfaction.

5.2 My product was damaged when I received it, what should I do?

If your product was damaged or defective when you opened the package, please take a picture of it as soon as possible and send it to [email protected]. We will then work together to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

5.3 My socks were delivered with the wrong packaging, what should I do?

If you have received your custom socks but the packaging is missing or incorrect please contact the custom sock specialist directly or email [email protected]. 

5.4 How long does the return process take?

Only once we receive the returned product, the return process begins and we will send the replacement product or refund the cost of the returned product. The duration depends on how we are going to resolve it. If we have to start producing custom socks again, it may take 4-8 weeks. Please always contact your sock specialist before returning products.

5.5 Can I get my money back for my delivered products?

If we do not deliver the custom socks you ordered, we will refund your money. If we do deliver what you ordered, but you are still not satisfied, we can produce new socks for you at a reduced rate. Always check our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
